The Austrian Association of Inclusive Society (AIS) is a Vienna-based non-governmental organization committed to creating a more inclusive, innovative and sustainable society. Through research, international cooperation and community-driven initiatives, AIS develops practical solutions that empower individuals and strengthen communities across Europe and beyond.
Our work brings together researchers, educators, public institutions and civil society organizations to transform ideas into meaningful social impact. By combining knowledge, collaboration and innovation, we address today’s challenges while building opportunities for future generations.

Ozel Coskuner
Özel Coşkuner has over a decade of experience across multiple areas of the education sector, ranging from ministerial advisorship to university management, student counselling, and teaching. He currently leads several organisations, driving strategic development and international cooperation. With a solid background in project management, he has contributed to more than 100 international research and innovation projects, supporting institutional growth, policy development, and cross-sector collaboration.
Marco Roux
Marco Roux is a Human Rights advocate and international project manager with extensive experience in leading and coordinating EU-funded initiatives. He holds a Master’s degree in Politics and Government and a Master’s degree in Human Rights from the University of Vienna. He is currently pursuing Master’s degrees in Management of EU Projects and in Terrorism, Security and Defence. As the founder and manager of multiple organizations, Marco leads international partnerships and projects focused on inclusion, education, human rights, and sustainable social development.
Laura Oyuela
Laura is a cross-disciplinary artist and researcher specializing in the intersection of art, science, philosophy, and global challenges. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cross-Disciplinary Strategies from the University of Applied Arts Vienna and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Site-Specific Art at the same institution. Laura has experience in project management, curation, and collaborative research, contributing to interdisciplinary initiatives focused on climate change, digital technologies, and socially engaged artistic practices..
Vladislav Olefirenko
Vladyslav Olefirenko is an Erasmus+ Project Manager with experience in coordinating international projects that promote education, mobility, and cultural exchange. He is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management and Marketing, strengthening his expertise in organizational management and strategic communication. Alongside his project management responsibilities, Vladyslav specializes in video production and graphic design, creating engaging visual content that enhances project visibility, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Denitsa Ivanova
Denitsa Ivanova is a Political Science student at the University of Vienna, specializing in Political Ecology, International Politics, and Urban Sociology, with a minor in Global Corporate Management. She has experience in research, non-formal education, and Erasmus+ initiatives, with a strong focus on EU values, youth engagement, and international cooperation. Through her academic and NGO work, Denitsa contributes to projects addressing youth development, civic participation, and contemporary social and political challenges.
Brelyantika Jesa
Brelyantika Indra Jesa is a social work professional with an international background in youth development and intercultural cooperation. She holds a European Joint Master’s degree in Social Work with Children and Youth (ESWOCHY), delivered through a consortium of European universities. With extensive volunteer experience across Asia and Europe, Brelyantika has contributed to international youth initiatives, leadership programs, and cross-cultural projects, promoting inclusion, community engagement, and international collaboration.
Ghita El Mtioui
Ghita El Mtioui is a multilingual professional with experience in international project management, digital communication, and HR support. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Abdullah Gül University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Global Accounting and Finance at Ca’ Foscari University. At AIS, Ghita supports the implementation of EU-funded projects focused on inclusion, digital literacy, and community empowerment, bringing strong organizational skills, cross-cultural experience, and a global perspective to international initiatives.
Anna Mészáros
Anna is a recent European Studies graduate from Comenius University in Bratislava, specializing in European politics, minority rights, and intercultural cooperation. Her academic background includes research on EU fundamental rights and social innovation in education, with a focus on marginalized Roma communities in Slovakia and Hungary. Fluent in Hungarian, English, and Slovak, with working knowledge of German and Croatian, Anna brings strong intercultural communication skills and a commitment to inclusion, social development, and European cooperation.
Gourav Batra
Gourav Batra is a marketing professional with nearly five years of experience in business development and marketing strategy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing, complemented by an Erasmus exchange in Spain. Fluent in English and Hindi, with proficiency in German and basic Spanish, Gourav brings a multicultural perspective to international environments. His expertise combines strategic marketing, communication, and storytelling, enabling him to develop impactful campaigns and contribute effectively to diverse, global teams.
Bener Karaca
Bener Karaca is a Computer Engineering student at Kocaeli Health and Technology University with a strong interest in web development, UI/UX design, and artificial intelligence. He has experience in full-stack development and is passionate about building user-focused digital solutions. With a solid foundation in software development and algorithmic thinking, Bener is committed to continuous learning, innovation, and contributing effectively to collaborative technology projects.
Ahmet Gümüs
Ahmet is a PhD candidate in Translation Studies at Sakarya University with expertise in multilingual communication and translation. Fluent in German, Turkish, and English, he specializes in delivering accurate and culturally appropriate translations across diverse contexts. With a strong academic background and a commitment to continuous learning, Ahmet contributes his linguistic expertise to international projects, supporting effective communication and cross-cultural collaboration.
Emre Duman
Emre Dumanis a software developer specializing in modern web development, with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. He focuses on building responsive, user-centered web applications by combining technical expertise with intuitive interface design. Emre continues to expand his knowledge in full-stack development and modern JavaScript technologies, delivering scalable, high-quality digital solutions.
Al hariri Mihyar
Mihyar Al Hariri is a software developer specializing in innovative digital solutions, with expertise in artificial intelligence, web applications, and eLearning platforms. He combines strong technical skills with a user-centered approach to design and develop scalable, high-quality software. Mihyar is committed to leveraging emerging technologies to create impactful digital products that enhance learning, accessibility, and user experience.
May Thin Khine
May is a Software Engineering student at Tampere University of Applied Sciences with experience in software development, web technologies, and embedded systems. Her technical background includes C#, C++, React, cybersecurity, and data analysis, gained through projects in game development, web applications, and engineering. Passionate about technology and innovation, May is committed to developing practical software solutions and continuously expanding her expertise in modern software engineering.
Aleyna Pınar
Aleyna Pınar is a Business Administration student at Marmara University with a strong interest in marketing, digital communication, and brand strategy. She has gained practical experience through internships with global brands and contributions to international projects, developing expertise in project management, strategic communication, and market analysis. Aleyna is committed to continuous learning and applying creative, data-driven approaches to deliver impactful solutions in dynamic and collaborative environments.
Ione Cabrera
Ione is a concept artist specializing in digital animation and visual design. She holds a Higher Level Training Cycle degree in Digital Animation from Escola d’Art de Vic and an associate degree in Graphic Design, with plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Concept Art. Her expertise includes concept development, digital illustration, and visual storytelling, complemented by strong communication, problem-solving, and creative collaboration skills in fast-paced production environments..
Nitish Kumar B V
Nitish is a Project Management Assistant specializing in Quality Management, with experience supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. He contributes to process optimization, documentation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring projects meet quality standards and organizational objectives. His expertise combines project coordination with a strong commitment to operational excellence and efficient project delivery.
Enes Aydın
Enes is a Computer Engineering student with a strong interest in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. Through international internships and collaborative projects, he has gained experience in web development, modern software engineering practices, and cross-cultural teamwork. Ole Müller
Ole is a final-year Software Development apprentice with practical experience in software engineering, database design, and data integration.
